How does Deepwell's pricing work?
Deepwell is priced per active client, not per integration, report, MSP user, or client user. Your whole team, and everyone at each client who needs to see reports, can have access. Connect all the platforms and tools your reports draw on, and send each client the right number of reports, with no artificial limit.
What counts as an active client?
A client is active if a report was delivered to them in the three billing months before your renewal date. A client with an active schedule is also active, even if nothing was delivered in that period.
What happens when I go past the included clients?
Each additional active client is billed at your tier's rate, per month.
When am I billed?
You'll be billed on the anniversary of your initial bill date, month to month or year to year depending on whether you've signed up for monthly or annual billing.
If I pay annually, is everything prepaid?
If you pay annually, you're paying your base plan cost up front at a discounted rate. Additional clients on top of the included number of clients will be billed monthly.
How do I change tiers?
You can change tiers at any point. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect on your next bill date.
Is there a minimum term, and how do I cancel?
Monthly plans commit for one month and annual plans for one year. Request cancellation at least one business day before your renewal date. There's no refund for the rest of a paid term, but you retain access until the end of your term. Early Access carries different terms.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes, your data is yours. At any point while your account is active or for 30 days after your account ends, you may request a copy of your data and we will send it to you in a standard format. Request it through the support form.
