Quick answers to common questions

What counts as an active client?

A client is active if you generated a report for them in the last three billing months, successful reports only. Scheduling a report for a client will make them active from the start of your next billing month.

What happens when I go past the included clients?

Each additional active client is billed at your tier's rate, per month.

When am I billed?

You'll be billed on the anniversary of your initial bill date, month to month or year to year depending on whether you've signed up for monthly or annual billing.

If I pay annually, is everything prepaid?

If you pay annually, you're paying your base plan cost up front at a discounted rate. Additional clients on top of the included number of clients will be billed monthly.

How do I change tiers?

You can choose to change tiers at any point and your upgrade will take effect immediately. If you choose to downgrade, that change will take effect on your next bill date.

Do I pay more for more systems, reports, or users?

No. Every tier has unlimited integrations, reports, and users.
