The record of that work already exists. It is spread across the PSA, the backup tool, the security tools, each keeping its own slice in its own format for a technician. Turning it into something a business owner can read means hours of pulling and pasting, so it gets done for the largest clients or not at all.
We started Deepwell to close that gap. It is built for reporting to an MSP’s clients regardless of which tools the MSP runs: made for the client rather than bolted onto a tool made for the technician, cross-platform, and opinionated about what belongs in a report. It connects the systems an MSP already has, turns what they record into a report a client can read, and delivers it under the MSP’s own name.
