The Early Access Program is built to be a small group of MSPs running Deepwell on their real client reporting. You'll have production access from the day you join and a direct line to our team. It's for MSPs who care about telling their clients the story of the value they deliver. The best way to start is with a free rebuild of one client report.
What both sides put in.
Deepwell is production-ready, so you get immediate access to our core capabilities. Plus a front-row seat and early access to new functionality as we build it out. All of this backed by direct founder availability and a team that is invested in your success.
What you get
- Your first month is free. From the day you sign, a month at no charge, to get set up and running on real reporting.
- A year on Scale at 50% off. Twelve months of Scale prepaid at 50% off the base, thirteen months in all. Additional active clients are invoiced monthly at the standard rate and are not prepaid.
- Your money back if we stop. If we discontinue Deepwell within the first three months of your prepaid year, we refund the full year.
- Hands-on setup help. We'll work hand in hand with you to set up your first set of connections, data sources, visualizations, and reports, to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
- A direct line to the founders. Support while we hand-build the parts that aren't self-serve yet, and a say in which integrations matter most to your stack.
What we ask
- Run it on real client reporting. Running on real reporting gives you a true look at the value Deepwell offers, and gives us the most valuable feedback.
- Keep in touch. The friction, the missing piece, the thing you worked around, told to us as you hit it. That's the part we can't get any other way.
- One person, once a month. A one-hour working session, with time for candid reactions and feedback.
- Availability as a reference. Later on, at a reasonable frequency, and anonymized if you'd prefer.
Early Access is available for a limited time to a limited number of MSPs.
It's a fit if this sounds like your shop.
- You care strongly about your relationship with your clients, but might not have the resources for a dedicated reporting team member.
- You're running a multi-tool stack (PSA, backup, security, and more) and could benefit from a unified client-facing view across them.
- You're already doing client reviews, or wanting to get started with them. Still building the process, and able to use help making it smooth operationally while staying client-focused.
It's less likely to be a fit if…
You don't have many ongoing or recurring client relationships, aren't ready to focus on reporting, or are using a single tool across all clients. We'd rather say so on the first call than take up your time.
